Concentration Program Credits = 12
Completing the research concentration year extends a student's time to completing their D.O. degree by one year. Students will be registered as "part-time" (six credits/term) during the concentration period. Students may opt in over the summer of their third or fourth year:- If the student chooses to take the additional courses beginning in the third year, the regular academic program for Year 3 will be pushed to Year 4.
- If the student chooses to take the additional courses beginning in the fourth year, the regular academic program for Year 4 will be pushed to Year 5.
